1. Overview

Konuşan Sahneler, çocukların konuşma ve ses pratiğine destek olan, dokunmatik sahnelerden oluşan Türkçe bir uygulamadır. Uygulama, terapist veya ebeveyn rehberliğinde kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Konuşan Sahneler bir terapi, teşhis veya tedavi aracı değildir ve profesyonel değerlendirme veya terapinin yerini tutmaz.

Konuşan Sahneler is a Turkish app made of tappable scenes that support children's speech and sound practice. It is designed to be used under the guidance of a therapist or parent. Konuşan Sahneler is not a therapy, diagnosis, or treatment tool and does not replace professional assessment or therapy.

Gizliliğinize değer veriyoruz. Uygulama, varsayılan olarak hiçbir kişisel bilgiyi otomatik olarak toplamaz veya iletmez. Reklam, analitik, konum takibi, kişi listesi, kamera, fotoğraf veya ses kaydı kullanmaz; üçüncü taraf takip yazılımı (SDK) içermez.

We respect your privacy. By default the app does not automatically collect or transmit any personal information. It uses no ads, analytics, location tracking, contacts, camera, photos, or audio recording, and contains no third-party tracking SDKs.

Sizden yalnızca siz geri bildirim formunu doldurup gönderdiğinizde veri toplarız. Bu form gönderildiğinde aşağıdaki bilgiler bize iletilir:

We collect data from you only when you fill in and submit the feedback form. When you submit it, the following is sent to us:

• Geri bildirim mesajınız (yazdığınız metin),
• İsteğe bağlı iletişim e-postanız (yalnızca siz girerseniz; size yanıt verebilmemiz için kullanılır),
• Rastgele bir kurulum kimliği (uygulama ilk açıldığında cihazınızda oluşturulan rastgele bir numara/UUID; gerçek kimliğinizle, adınızla veya hesabınızla bağlantılı değildir),
• Uygulama bağlam bilgisi (geri bildirimi gönderdiğiniz andaki uygulama içi konum/sayfa, varsa sahne kimliği ve platform bilgisi).

• Your feedback message (the text you write),
• Your optional contact email (only if you enter it; used so we can reply to you),
• A random installation id (a random number/UUID created on your device the first time the app opens; it is not linked to your real identity, name, or any account),
• App context information (your in-app location/page at the moment you send feedback, the scene id if applicable, and platform information).

Bu form gönüllüdür. Formu doldurmazsanız hiçbir veri iletilmez. Geri bildirim gönderirken çocuk adı, terapi notu veya hassas bilgi paylaşmamanızı öneririz.

Submitting the form is voluntary. If you do not fill it in, no data is transmitted. When sending feedback, we recommend that you not include any child's name, therapy notes, or sensitive information.

Geri bildirim verilerini yalnızca uygulamayı iyileştirmek için kullanırız. İsteğe bağlı e-postanızı yalnızca geri bildiriminize yanıt vermek için kullanabiliriz. Bu verileri satmıyor, reklam için kullanmıyor veya üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.

We use feedback data solely to improve the app. We may use your optional email only to reply to your feedback. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Uygulamadaki ek sahne paketini açan tek seferlik satın alma (ürün: full_scene_pack_v1) Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden gerçekleşir. Satın alma işlemini ve ödeme bilgilerinizi Google yönetir; Bosphorify ödeme veya kart bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz. Uygulama yalnızca satın almanın yapılıp yapılmadığına dair durumu (yetki/entitlement) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar. Google'ın bu işlemde verilerinizi nasıl işlediği Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

The one-time purchase that unlocks the additional scene pack (product: full_scene_pack_v1) is handled through Google Play Billing. Google handles the purchase and your payment details; Bosphorify never sees or stores your payment or card information. The app stores only the local entitlement state (whether the unlock was purchased) on your device. How Google processes your data in this transaction is governed by Google's privacy policy.

The following are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us:

• uygulama ayarlarınız,
• gönderilmemiş geri bildirimlerin yerel kuyruğu,
• rastgele kurulum kimliği,
• satın alma yetki durumunun (entitlement) önbelleği.

• your app settings,
• the local queue of any unsent feedback,
• the random installation id,
• the cached purchase entitlement state.

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu yerel veriler cihazınızdan silinir.

When you uninstall the app, this local data is removed from your device.

Konuşan Sahneler, yetişkin rehberliğinde kullanılmak üzere çocuklara yönelik bir uygulamadır ve Google Play "Aileler" (Families) politikalarına uygun olacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama:

Konuşan Sahneler is a children's app intended for use under adult guidance, and is designed to comply with Google Play Families policies. The app:

• reklam göstermez,
• çocuklara yönelik takip (tracking) yapmaz,
• çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

• shows no ads,
• does not perform child-directed tracking,
• does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Geri bildirim formu, çocuklara değil, rehberlik eden yetişkinlere (ebeveyn veya terapist) yöneliktir ve gönüllüdür. Bir ebeveyn veya vasi olarak, çocuğunuzun gönderdiğini düşündüğünüz herhangi bir bilginin silinmesini istiyorsanız core@bosphorify.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

The feedback form is directed at the guiding adult (parent or therapist), not at children, and is voluntary. If you are a parent or guardian and want any information you believe your child submitted to be deleted, contact us at core@bosphorify.com.

7. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Gönderdiğiniz geri bildirimi yalnızca uygulamayı iyileştirmek için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklarız. Geri bildiriminizin ve (varsa) e-postanızın silinmesini istemek için core@bosphorify.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebinizi makul bir süre içinde yerine getiririz. Geri bildirimler gerçek kimliğinizle bağlantılı olmadığından, silme talebinizi yapabilmemiz için geri bildiriminizi yeterince tanımlayan bilgileri (örneğin gönderdiğiniz e-posta veya mesaj içeriği) belirtmeniz gerekir.

We retain submitted feedback only as long as needed to improve the app. To request deletion of your feedback and your email (if provided), write to core@bosphorify.com, and we will honor your request within a reasonable time. Because feedback is not linked to your real identity, you will need to provide enough detail to identify your feedback (for example the email or message text you submitted) so we can locate and delete it.

8. Veri Güvenliği

İletilen geri bildirimi güvenli (şifreli HTTPS) bağlantı üzerinden alır ve erişimi sınırlı olan bir depoda saklarız. Hiçbir aktarım yöntemi %100 güvenli olmasa da verilerinizi korumak için makul önlemler alırız.

We receive transmitted feedback over a secure (encrypted HTTPS) connection and store it in a repository with limited access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
